Veyra Studio is a digital studio in Nairobi. It builds websites, custom software, brand and content for businesses that have outgrown whatever they are currently running on — usually an Instagram page, a WhatsApp thread and a site somebody built years ago.
It is deliberately small. You talk to the person who does the work, not to an account manager who relays it. That is not a limitation dressed up as a virtue: it is the reason scope can be fixed before a project starts, and the reason a change request does not need three people to approve it.

- 01Fixed scope, fixed priceYou get a written scope and a number, not an hourly estimate. If the scope changes, we agree that separately rather than discovering it on the invoice.
- 02Built, not assembledNo purchased themes, no page builders. That costs more time up front and is the reason the sites load in a fraction of what a plugin-heavy build does.
- 03Mobile first, genuinelyMost Kenyan traffic is a mid-range Android on mobile data the visitor is paying for. Every build is judged on that, not on a designer's laptop.
- 04You own itThe domain goes in your name, and you own the code. If you want to leave, you can — the handover is not a negotiation.
- 05No invented numbersWe do not publish client traffic figures or conversion percentages in case studies. That data belongs to the client, and most agency versions of it cannot be checked by anyone.
