Privacy policy

Veyra Studio is a digital studio based in Nairobi, Kenya, operated by Duncan Macharia. For anything in this policy, contact us on WhatsApp.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no requests to third-party servers. Fonts and images are served from this domain rather than an external CDN, so browsing here does not report your visit to anyone else.

The only thing stored in your browser is your answer to the cookie notice, kept in local storage so you are not asked twice. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

There is no contact form. Nothing is collected from you by simply reading these pages.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, their servers record standard request data — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp — for security, abuse prevention and keeping the site running. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you, and they are handled under Vercel's own privacy terms.

Enquiries come through WhatsApp. When you message us we receive whatever you send — typically your name, phone number and what your business needs — and we keep that conversation so we can answer you and, if we work together, do the work.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta and the message itself is handled under their terms, not ours. If you would rather not use it, say so and we will find another way.

We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

We use Google Search Console to see which search terms bring people here. It reports aggregate counts only — no personal data, and nothing that identifies an individual visitor.

When we build for a client, we may be given access to their systems, content or customer data in order to do the work. That access is used only for the project, is not copied elsewhere, and ends when the project does. Anything sensitive is covered by the agreement with that client rather than by this page.

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask us to delete it. Message us and we will action it — there is no form to fill in and no charge.

If this site starts doing more with data — analytics, a contact form, anything that sets a cookie — this page changes first and the date at the top updates with it.
