Esteel Construction
Building and civil engineering contractor since 1998. Structured for tender and prequalification.

The problem
Main contracting work is won through prequalification, and prequalification asks the same questions every time: how long have you operated, what have you delivered, what plant do you own, which sectors do you work in. None of it was answerable without a phone call.
The approach
- Organised the site around what a prequalification form actually asks — established 1998, main contracting, structural steel and building works, own premises and plant in Industrial Area.
- Split the work by sector, so an evaluator can find comparable projects rather than scrolling one mixed gallery.
- Stated plant ownership explicitly, because owning equipment rather than hiring changes both programme risk and pricing.
- Made “get a quote” the constant action, since this buyer arrives with a defined project rather than an open question.
The outcome
Capability questions are answered before the first call, and the firm has a single link to attach to a prequalification submission.
