Ken Direct Imports
OEM parts catalogue built so a buyer can confirm a part fits before asking what it costs.

The problem
Parts buyers need to know a component fits their exact marque and model before price matters at all. Every enquiry started with the same fitment questions over WhatsApp, and there was no reference a mechanic or fleet manager could check on their own before making contact.
The approach
- Built the site around the product range rather than the company — the first thing a visitor sees is what can actually be sourced.
- Organised the catalogue by marque, covering the European models the business imports for: Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Jaguar, Range Rover and Land Rover.
- Made “request a quote” the single clear action, since parts pricing depends on the specific part and is quoted rather than listed.
- Kept it fast and usable on a phone, because the buyer is often standing in a workshop rather than sitting at a desk.
The outcome
The fitment conversation now starts from a catalogue the buyer has already looked at, so an enquiry arrives with the marque and part identified instead of beginning from scratch.
Traffic and conversion figures are not published here — these builds are handed over to the client with their own analytics, so any number quoted would not be ours to verify.
